temporalia/ulogd

Repackage of ulogd updating the SPEC file referenced by user "philantrop" and picking latest tarballs from netfilter.org Note: docs are not built. See this gentoo's bugzilla for some background info; a correction has not been attempted. Additionally, the dirty shortcut %global debug_package %{nil} has been used. Buildrequires now includes gcc explicitly, as per updated guidelines (it was missing) Once configured, it works just fine on My Machines™ and stuff sent to the NFLOG target is conveniently collected.
