WARNING: These packages replace existing packages in your EL7 environment (specifically gnome-software).

Installation Instructions

Enable this repo:

# Install the COPR plugin and EPEL
$ sudo yum install yum-plugin-copr epel-release
# Enable this repo
$ sudo yum copr enable ngompa/snapcore-el7

To install snapd itself:

# Install snapd
$ sudo yum install snapd
# Enable snapd.socket
$ sudo systemctl enable --now snapd.socket

To enable the GNOME Software integration:

$ sudo yum install gnome-software-snap
