Python version 3.4 stack for EPEL. If you'd like to contribute, please talk to abadger1999 in #fedora-admin on irc.freenode.net.
Note -- this is an initial build of python3.4. It doesn't address the bundling of pip that is keeping this out of Fedora for now.
