rsonefors/pi-bluetooth

This adds support for the Raspberry Pi on-board bluetooth. This is based on the Raspberry Pi OS package with the same name, as provided here. Fedora 37 adds support for Raspberry Pi 4, however, the on-board bluetooth doesn't show up as a device out of the box. This doesn't require any additional drivers, but it does require the bluetooth device to be registered. These scripts make the bluetooth available.
