abo/kafs

Builds of kafs-related tools, mainly to experiment with EL8 builds. The Fedora kernels have kafs enabled. The default EL8 kernels do not, but suitable kernels for EL7 and EL8 are available in the elrepo kernel-ml package. Any packages here which do not conflict with the base distro should be moved to Fedora/EPEL.

The xwrited utility displays write(1) and wall(1) messages as desktop notifications. A notification daemon compliant to the freedesktop.org Desktop Notification Specification draft needs to be running in order to display the notifications.
