- mesa is because mivisionx needs mesa-va-drivers and the easiest way is to just rebuild rawhide's mesa
- mesa needs an llvm19 build of libclc because "rawhide" is already on to llvm20
- libclc needs an llvm19 build of spirv-llvm-translator
