Description

Hyprland for Rocky Linux 10, including some addons.

Additional programs:

• hypridle - for managing idle state
• hyprlock - lock screen
• grim - screenshot capture
• kanshi - dynamo monitor layout configuration
• quickshell - a toolkit for building desktop components
• swaync - notification center
• sunsetr - automatic blue light dimming

Based on spec sources from coprs/solopasha/hyprland and spec sources from errornointernet/rpm-packages.

Some packages are upgraded to newer versions: wayland-protocols, libinput, glaze, pinentry.

Installation Instructions

Enable

sudo dnf copr enable alonid/hyprland rhel+epel-10-$(uname -m) -y

Install

sudo dnf --best install -y aquamarine hyprland-git hyprland-plugins-\*-git hypridle hyprlock xdg-desktop-portal-hyprland kanshi grim

Refresh

sudo touch /etc/yum.repos.d/_copr:copr.fedorainfracloud.org:alonid:hyprland.repo
sudo dnf --best install -y aquamarine hyprland-git hyprland-plugin-\*-git hypridle hyprlock xdg-desktop-portal-hyprland kanshi grim quickshell-git swaync-git
