Python interface for USB BlinkStick devices

Installation Instructions

Install the python2-blinkstick and/or python3-blinkstick packages.

A udev rule is included to allow non-root access to any connected BlinkSticks, so there's no need to execute --add-udev-rule as the manual recommends.
