mutter from COPR calcastor/gnome-patched built with MR 2984 patch that fixes issue #2715 (Drag&Drop not working in Qt-Applications).
Installation Instructions
On Fedora Workstation, you can enable this repo with the following commands:
sudo dnf copr enable avm/mutter-patched
sudo dnf --refresh upgrade
To return to Fedora upstream, you can disable the repo and run a distro-sync:
sudo dnf copr disable avm/mutter-patched
sudo dnf --refresh distro-sync
On Fedora Silverblue, the above instructions differ. Run these instead:
sudo wget https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/avm/mutter-patched/repo/fedora-38/avm-mutter-patched-fedora-38.repo
sudo rpm-ostree override replace --experimental --from repo=copr:copr.fedorainfracloud.org:avm:mutter-patched mutter
To return to Fedora upstream on Silverblue, you would run the following:
sudo rm /etc/yum.repos.d/avm-mutter-patched-fedora-*.repo
sudo rpm-ostree override reset mutter
