The NCEPLIBS collection comprises a suite of R&D and operational libraries utilized across various NCEP projects, such as UFS, GSI/Global Workflow, UFS_UTILS, and UPP. The NCEPLIBS project provides a foundational set of tools for developing weather models and workflows, supporting a variety of research and operational applications. These libraries are built using GCC and GFortran, leveraging CMake for the build process. The NCEPLIBS project is managed by NOAA-EMC at the NOAA-EMC/NCEPLIBS GitHub.
Installation Instructions
Enable this COPR project and install a package. For example, to install wgrib2:
dnf copr enable bcook254/nceplibs
dnf install wgrib2
