FreeSWITCH post-1.10.12 is adapting for Debian trixie: many dependencies are updated and a lot of modules removed. This also means that it builds more easily on EL9/EL10. These are early builds from git master before 1.10.13 is actually released.

Some modules removed - sphinx related - as they are not building ATM
