Encrypted DNS support for NetworkManager. Based on branch:

Supported features

• Servers with URI-like syntax in global DNS configuration
• rd.net.dns= dracut command line to generate global DNS configuration, with support for URI syntax
• (PoC) Servers with URI-like syntax in the connection profiles
