Description

This Perl module provides objects useful for parsing and extracting information from DNA, protein, and other type of textual data found in biology sequence analysis and bioinformatics, e.g., EMBL/GenBank and UniProt/SwissProt.

It also provides scripts to index and retrieve records from databases in flat files.

Installation Instructions

Instructions not filled in by author. Author knows what to do. Everybody else should avoid this repo.
