Old GTK 3 version of Epiphany for accessibility development. Not recommended for users. No updates.
Installation Instructions
If you have GNOME Software installed, then you'll have to do a dnf swap to avoid breaking it, because it depends on epiphany-runtime.
$ sudo dnf copr enable catanzaro/epiphany-gtk3
$ sudo dnf swap epiphany-runtime epiphany-gtk3-runtime
$ sudo dnf install epiphany-gtk3
