Fedora Silverblue Enable Fingerprint on XPS 9310

• Download the repo into /etc/yum.repos.d

sudo curl -L -o /etc/yum.repos.d/_copr:copr.fedorainfracloud.org:dhodyn:personal.repo https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/dhodyn/personal/repo/fedora-40/dhodyn-personal-fedora-40.repo

• Layer the package

rpm-ostree override remove libfprint --install=libfprint-tod --install=libfprint-2-tod1-goodix

• Enable fingerprint
