dkubs/espeak-as-say

Installs a script to call espeak via /usr/bin/say semantics. This exists because I am on a Fedora Atomic based distribution and needed an RPM to layer into the the ostree (instead of building my own open container image on top of Bazzite using bluebuild...which probably would've been less work if we're being honest here.) If dnf copr enable doesn't work (like on Bazzite) you can just run the following command to set up the repo. sudo curl -o /etc/yum.repos.d/_copr_dkubs-espeak-as-say.repo 'https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/dkubs/espeak-as-say/repo/fedora-40/dkubs-espeak-as-say-fedora-40.repo'
