Description

Official Firefox package from Fedora, but with JPEG XL enabled and built with Clang.

This package contains the following patches for JPEG XL, which have not been merged upstream:

• Bug 1539075 - Disable nightly requirement for JPEG XL and enable it by default.
• Bug 1539075 - Register .jxl extension in Firefox.
• Bug 1709814 - Add support for color profiles (by wwwwwwww (Samuel)).
• Bug 1709818 - Add support for animated JPEG XL (by wwwwwwww (Samuel)).
• Bug 1709815 - Add support for progressive decoding for JPEG XL (by wwwwwwww (Samuel)).
• Bug 1896094 - Refactor error handling using a template.

Installation Instructions

$ sudo dnf copr enable eclipseo/firefox-jxl

$ sudo dnf update firefox
