This tool is also available in my microcontroller-tools repository with other microcontroller-related packages.

# Enable repo
#> dnf copr enable erovia/wb32-dfu-updater
# Install tool
#> dnf install wb32-dfu-updater

# Execute tool
#> wb32-dfu-updater_cli

Note:
Built from the official release tarball with limited testing (only the stable release I'm using on x86_64).
All builds are provided for convenience and come with absolutely no guarantees of any kind.
