Description
Crossfeed is the process of blending the left and right channels of a stereo audio recording. It is generally used to reduce the extreme channel separation often featured in early stereo recordings (e.g., where instruments are panned entirely on one side or the other), or to make audio played through headphones sound more natural, as when listening to a pair of external speakers.
Crossfeed is claimed to provide relief for a small fraction of listeners who otherwise complain of "fatigue" and headaches when they listen to stereo recordings.
Crossfeed is most commonly found in headphone amplifiers and often can be toggled with a switch. Many audio player programs for computers can perform crossfeed via plug-ins or built-in processing.

The Bauer stereophonic-to-binaural DSP (bs2b) is designed to improve headphone listening of stereo audio records.
Typical stereo recordings are made for listening with speakers. What's missing in headphones is the sound going from each channel to the opposite ear, arriving a short time later for the extra distance traveled, and with a bit of high frequency roll-off for the shadowing effect of the head. The time delay to the far ear should also be somewhat longer at low frequencies than at high frequencies. bs2b implements both of these ideas to transform stereophonic recordings for headphone listening.
This plugin allows the bs2b library to be used with the LADSPA plug-in architecture.
Installation Instructions
sudo dnf copr enable fedpop/ladspa-bs2b-plugins
sudo dnf install ladspa-bs2b-plugins
Get the name of your hardware sink:
pacmd list-sinks
Mine is alsa_output.usb-GFEC_ASSP_USB_DAC_-_E01-01-E01.iec958-stereo
Now load the module
pacmd load-module module-ladspa-sink \
sink_name=crossfeed master=alsa_output.usb-GFEC_ASSP_USB_DAC_-_E01-01-E01.iec958-stereo \
plugin=bs2b label=bs2b control=700,4.5
Then go to Gnome settings and select the new sink. You can also use pavucontrol.

If your pulse audio doesn't work I don't really know how to help as I didn't have to troubleshoot. There seemed to be a lot on adding Pulse Audio ladspa plugins on Google search though.
