Description

Suricata is an open source intrusion detection, intrusion prevention and network security monitoring engine.

This COPR package repository tracks the Suricata 7.0 branch.

Installation Instructions

CentOS Stream (and most RHEL rebuilds)

dnf install dnf-plugins-core epel-release
dnf copr enable @oisf/suricata-7.0
dnf install suricata

RHEL

Before installing Suricata on RHEL, please first enable the EPEL repo. Instructions for enabling the EPEL repo can be found at https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/epel/. Then the following commands can be used to install Suricata:

dnf copr enable @oisf/suricata-7.0
dnf install suricata

Fedora

dnf install dnf-plugins-core
dnf copr enable @oisf/suricata-7.0
dnf install suricata
