Description
Builds of Fedora kernels with patches required for Microsoft's Surface Book laptop.
Updated infrequently on personal need.
Currently this provides builds of Fedora's kernel.git's f25 branch with Microsoft Surface patches applied. x86_64 only.
Based on Fedora's kernel.git (f25 branch) and, at various times, patches collected from master branch of shvr/surface-pro-3-kernel and/or places linked from kernel bug 109681, adjusted for newer kernel source trees where necessary.
NOTE: Doesn't use HID-microsoft-Add-Surface-4-type-cover-pro-4-JP.patch as I was too lazy to sort it out vs. earlier patches I was using.
Installation Instructions
To boot these kernels with Secure Boot enabled you need to import the Red Hat Test Certificate. Combine info given here and here for instructions.
