Description

Due to some internal requirements, sanlock's DEFAULT_IO_TIMEOUT needed to be increased beyond what we were currently using. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1251190. This is a temporary fix until the BZ is addressed.
