testing what the world looks like when postgresql 17 is the default (like in Fedora 42)
The stream 16 is built from sources at postgresql16/rawhide, just the macro %{postgresql_default} is turned to 0
The stream 17devel is built from sources at hhorak's fork, branch test-17devel, with the macro %{postgresql_default} is turned to 1
