Updated packages for RHEL / CentOS/ SL / EPEL 6 & 7

Because some settings and end user customizations can't not be automatically migrated this repository will provide updated packages of BackupPC.

Installation Instructions

RHEL/CentOS/SL users will also need to install the Fedora EPEL repository to satisfy all dependencies.
