QGIS stable release for stable and beta versions of Fedora
Contains QGIS 3 and SAGA.
Installation Instructions
QGIS 2
This repo will provide QGIS 3 only. For QGIS 2 use https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/dani/qgis-ltr/.
QGIS 2 and QGIS 3 packages cannot be installed at the same time.
QGIS 3
Enable this repo:
sudo dnf copr enable dani/qgis
Sources are available at https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/tree/master/rpm
Install QGIS:
sudo dnf install qgis
Python support can be installed via
sudo dnf install python3-qgis
GRASS support can be installed via
sudo dnf install qgis-grass
QGIS Server can be installed via
sudo dnf install qgis-server
SAGA
This repo provides also SAGA 2.3.1, since it's the version supported by the 'Processing Toolbox' of QGIS. SAGA is built from saga_2.3.1_gpl2.tar.gz with the following options:
--disable-libfire --disable-triangle
and with a patch from Debian to avoid segfaults when loading a shapefile.
SAGA can be installed/upgraded with
sudo dnf upgrade saga
