Rebuilds of wlroots/Sway

Notes regarding Fedora-maintained wlroots patches:

• Revert-layer-shell-error-on-0-dimension-without-anch.patch updated to reflect new line numbers
• wlroots-0.15.1-wlr_output_layout_contains_point-handle-outputs-that.patch upstreamed, removed
• wlroots-0.15.1-xdg-activation-Deduplicate-token-creation-code.patch upstreamed, removed
• wlroots-0.15.1-wlr_output_commit_state-Make-sure-to-clear-the-back-.patch upstreamed, removed

The sway binary has not been given CAP_SYS_NICE mentioned here:
https://github.com/swaywm/sway/pull/6994

It needlessly exposes risk; sway does not (currently?) remove the capability/permissions once the priority is achieved.

Installation Instructions

dnf copr enable jlay/sway
dnf --ref up

You'll expect wlroots and Sway to both at least update. Also grimshot if you have it installed.
