Latest kubenetes pacakge. Spec file directly cloned from Kubenetes package from Fedora (https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/kubernetes), only fixed several fatal config error and downloaded release tar from Kubenetes official Github page (https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/releases).

Just install and use it.
