GrandOrgue is a sample based pipe organ simulator.

It currently supports Linux, Windows and OS X. Porting to other OS supported by RtMidi, RtAudio and wxWidgets should be possible with some build system adjustments.

A separate, optional package ODFEdit is also part of the repository. OdfEdit is an application (implemented in Python) permitting to edit an ODF (Organ Description File, extension .organ) for GrandOrgue in plain text mode, with objects navigator by list or tree, syntax check and help included.

GrandOrgue was earlier hosted on SourceForge https://sourceforge.net/projects/ourorgan and a copy of the old source code before migration can be found in the svn branch https://github.com/GrandOrgue/grandorgue/tree/svn.

Installation Instructions

sudo dnf copr enable kerkovits/GrandOrgue
sudo dnf in grandorgue

Note, that this repository contains a patched version of zita-convolver to avoid a crash in GrandOrgue while activating convolution reverb. It will automatically be installed system-wide as a dependency.
