Description
RHEL builds of opentelemetry with only the OTLP-HTTP exporter. This reduces dependencies on packages that must be specially built for RHEL (but which are available in Fedora). For the Fedora builds, see opentelemetry-cpp. This build depends on RHEL-specific builds of json and protobuf which are available in Fedora but not RHEL.
