Staging and testing zabbix packages.

This zabbix package is modified in several ways:

• contains zabbix-devel package
• legacy patch for fping to stop param detection
• proxy performance API call
• ability to run web on read-only database
• removed jabber media (because iksemel library deprecation)

Ignore other not zabbix or zabbix related packages.

Installation Instructions

Instructions not filled in by author. Author knows what to do. Everybody else should avoid this repo.
