ktdreyer/ceph-el8

This repository used to hold all the Ceph RHEL 8 dependencies that were not yet present in EPEL 8. We have built all the Ceph RHEL 8 dependencies in EPEL 8 now, so this repository is unnecessary. I've used this to experiment with building grpc for el8, and now I've deleted all builds in this copr. I've moved the grpc builds to ceph/grpc fedpkg --release epel8 mockbuild -- -a https://download.copr.fedorainfracloud.org/results/ktdreyer/ceph-el8/epel-8-x86_64/
