Sympa is scalable and highly customizable mailing list manager. It can cope with big lists (200,000 subscribers) and comes with a complete (user and admin) Web interface. It is internationalized, and supports the us, fr, de, es, it, fi, and chinese locales. A scripting language allows you to extend the behavior of commands. Sympa can be linked to an LDAP directory or an RDBMS to create dynamic mailing lists. Sympa provides S/MIME-based authentication and encryption. WARNING : This COPR repository contains sympa beta releases. It is primarily targeted at people willing to either test, get new features early or contribute to sympa in any way. People looking for stable releases should use sympa as provided in Fedora and EPEL.

A lightweight C++11 Distributed Hash Table implementation originally based on https://github.com/jech/dht by Juliusz Chroboczek. Light and fast C++11 Kademlia DHT library. Distributed shared key->value data-store Clean and powerful distributed map API with storage of arbitrary binary values of up to 56 KB. Optional public key cryptography layer providing data signature and encryption (using GnuTLS). IPv4 and IPv6 support. Python binding.

Version 2.3.7 Primer3 is a widely used program for designing PCR primers (PCR = "Polymerase Chain Reaction"). PCR is an essential and ubiquitous tool in genetics and molecular biology. Primer3 can also design hybridization probes and sequencing primers. PCR is used for many different goals. Consequently, primer3 has many different input parameters that you control and that tell primer3 exactly what characteristics make good primers for your goals.
