Son of Grid Engine (SGE), installing into /opt/sge by default

Installation Instructions

Install at least the gridengine-qmaster or gridengine-execd packages appropriate to the node involved. If you share /opt/sge between nodes, install both. Either install the gridengine-guiinst package too, and run "start_gui_installer" from /opt/sge, or run the "inst_sge" scipt from there.
