Installation Instructions

directories have changed as follows:

OLD -> NEW $PREFIX/ (e.g. /opt/zeek/ or /usr/local/zeek/) |_ bin/ --> /usr/bin/ |_ etc/ --> /etc/zeek/ |_ include/ --> /usr/incude |_ lib/ --> /usr/lib64/zeek |_ logs/ --> /var/log/zeek/logs/ |_ share/ --> /usr/share/zeek |_ spool/ --> /var/log/zeek/spool/
