PERSONAL TESTING PURPOSES ONLY - intended to test handheld PCs with Valve's Neptune kernels on Nobara 39. This is a 1:1 build of upstream (downstream?), unlike ChimeraOS' modified Neptune kernel they are testing which has additional device patches.

DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU REALIZE HOW RIDICULOUS OF AN IDEA TRYING TO MIX AN ARCH KERNEL OF 6.1.52 WITH FEDORA 39 IS
