Description

This repository provides the open-source drivers for TBS capture devices.

• Only TBS drivers, not already in the mainline kernel, are provided
• Drivers are patched to be built out-of-tree (no need for a full v4L media tree)

Installation Instructions

1. Enable this repository:

   $ sudo dnf copr enable melmorabity/tbs
   
   

2. Install the akmod-tbs package:

   $ sudo dnf install akmod-tbs
   
   

3. Some TBS DVB devices may require specific firmwares. To install those firmwares:
   • Enable the RPM Fusion free and nonfree repositories
   • Enable the RPM Fusion tainted nonfree repository:

     $ sudo dnf install rpmfusion-nonfree-release-tainted
     
     

   • Install the dvb-firmware package:

     $ sudo dnf install dvb-firmware
     
     

4. Reboot your system
