Description

Packages that are useful for neuroscience researchers with an emphasis on neuroimaging tools. Please see the list of builds to see what software this repository provides.

If you use them and run into issues, please contact me and I'll try to improve the packages. They will all be submitted for review in fedora once they have been properly vetted.

Installation Instructions

Set up the copr following the Quick Enable instructions to the right. You can see what builds are available and install them using dnf. For example, for mrtrix3, you'd use dnf install mrtrix3.
