X11 support for KDE 6.3.6 from epel 10_0
Installation Instructions
> dnf groupinstall KDE
> dnf install kwin-x11 plasma-workspace-x11 xsetroot
> echo -e "DESKTOP=KDE\nPREFERRED=startplasma-x11" >/etc/sysconfig/desktop
Of course, you need a working X server, e.g. from copr://mlampe/xrdp or from turbovnc.org.
You may want to experiment with disabling graphical effects, or even disabling kwin's compositor and replacing it with picom --backend=xrender.
