Installation Instructions
# dnf copr enable shawnanastasio/libxfce4ui-nocsd
# dnf install --allowerasing libxfce4ui-nocsd
Then log out and back in. Additionally, you should disable CSD for GTK dialogs:
$ xfconf-query -c xsettings -p /Gtk/DialogsUseHeader -s false
