从COPR REPO里chaosbuild大佬移植过来的CachyOS内核,使用Clang构建,开启了Clang LTO与O3优化,x86-64 v2指令集优化

它适用于几乎所有x86-64处理器设备的内核,最低要求是支持x64-v2指令集,详情参考表可以看https://xanmod.org对于v1-v4的处理器说明,如果你的处理器支持x86-64 v3,建议安装这个仓库的内核: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/mozixun/cachyos-kernel-lto-x64v3
