This COPR allows you to install the STAR RNA-seq aligner (https://github.com/alexdobin/STAR).

Installation Instructions

Installation

To enable the COPR repository:

$ sudo dnf copr enable mttmartin/star

To install STAR:

$ sudo dnf in star
