Backport of sdl2-compat to Fedora 41 for testing the SDL2 on SDL3 change for Fedora 42

Please test various applications and report any issues to the sdl2-compat issue tracker

Installation Instructions

After enabling the COPR, dnf install sdl2-compat should be sufficient.
