Installation Instructions

pkgconf can be installed with the following instructions:

1. sudo dnf enable ngompa/pkgconf
2. sudo dnf install pkgconf

If you want to replace pkg-config with pkgconf as a test, do the following:

• PKG_CONFIG=/usr/bin/pkgconf ./configure
