Provides the new python dependency generator from RPM git for testing in Fedora
WARNING: THIS WILL CHANGE HOW RPM GENERATES DEPENDENCIES!
After enabling this repository, run
sudo dnf install rpm-depgen-pythondistdeps
Note: If you want to enable the additional
pythonXdist(M) (a.k.a. major version only) Provides intended to provide package name agnostic module names for use in RPM spec files on EL7, open
/usr/lib/rpm/fileattrs/pythondistdeps.attr and edit
%__pythondistdeps_provides to add
--majorver-provides at the end of the line. This is already enabled by default for Fedora targets.
This option is recommended for distributions that will primarily have only one version of a given major version of Python at a time.
The following unofficial repositories are provided as-is by owner of this project. Contact the owner directly for bugs or issues (IE: not bugzilla).
