COPR repo to provide quicker access to HTTPS Everywhere updates (when I finally get around to packaging them).
"sudo dnf copr enable niveusluna/mozilla-https-everywhere" Then install package as you would from Fedora/EPEL repos. If the one in COPR is newer, it will install from COPR
