The latest stable mingw-wine-gecko release from https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine-gecko
The mingw-wine-gecko packages in this copr have a release of '0.x' so that when the official mingw-wine-gecko packages appear in the Fedora repos you will automatically get those when updating.
Installation Instructions
$ sudo dnf copr enable patrickl/mingw-wine-gecko
$ sudo dnf install mingw32-wine-gecko mingw64-wine-gecko
