Description

DokuWiki upgrade package with the latest stable recommended DokuWiki version. Some more information is in related blog post.

DokuWiki is a standards compliant, simple to use Wiki, mainly aimed at creating documentation of any kind. It has a simple but powerful syntax which makes sure the datafiles remain readable outside the Wiki and eases the creation of structured texts.

Installation Instructions

Installation process for Fedora 28

RPM

As root user execute following commands: enable this repository and install ( or update ) the RPM:

dnf -y install 'dnf-command(copr)'
dnf -y copr enable pessoft/dokuwiki
dnf -y install dokuwiki

Installation process for CentOS 6

Requirements

Package dokuwiki requires EPEL 6 dependencies, so EPEL repositories must be available already or installed using: yum -y install epel-release.

RPM

As root user execute following commands: enable this repository and install ( or update ) the RPM:

curl -o '/etc/yum.repos.d/pessoft-dokuwiki-epel-6.repo' 'https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/pessoft/dokuwiki/repo/epel-6/pessoft-dokuwiki-epel-6.repo'
yum -y install dokuwiki
