Installation Instructions

For F26+:

$ sudo dnf list git-annex

$ sudo dnf install git-annex-VERSION

Since ghc-obsoletes currently obsoletes older Fedora git-annex and seems dnf can't handle it, or the repo config does not allow this repo to override perhaps?
