Description
An easy to use tool to change the behaviour of your input devices. Built from git.
Installation Instructions
For fedora, simply do:
sudo dnf copr enable rankyn/input-remapper-git
sudo dnf install input-remapper-git
For bazzite or similar rpm-ostree distros:
sudo dnf copr enable rankyn/input-remapper-git
sudo rpm-ostree override remove input-remapper #only if input-remapper is part of the install
sudo rpm-ostree install input-remapper-git
Once input-remapper has been installed, it needs to be configured and its service unit enabled and started:
sudo systemctl enable --now input-remapper sudo systemctl start input-remapper

When making configuration changes using the graphical user interface, these can be enabled in place (by clicking on "Apply").
On systems without a graphical environment, the configuration files will have to be created manually and placed in /home//.config/input-remapper-2/ When the service unit is restarted, it should pick up these settings.
