News is a client for the web based RSS reader Selfoss, using modern Gnome technologies.

Installation Instructions

Preparation

If not already done, install dnf copr plugin:

$ sudo dnf install dnf-plugins-core

Install on Fedora 20, 21 or rawhide

Enable this copr repo :

$ sudo dnf copr enable rhaglion/news

Install application:

$ sudo dnf install news

If you like to have favicons now copy the content from ftp://[SELFOSS URL]/data/favicons/ to ~/.cache/news/favicons/
